Retail & Mixed Use
Retail centres and mixed-use precincts are among the most complex multi-tenant environments in construction. We manage the base building electrical scope and the tenancy coordination process that determines whether a centre opens on programme.
Overview
Retail and mixed-use construction places unique demands on the electrical contractor. Multiple tenancy types — anchor stores, specialty retail, food and beverage, residential — each have different power requirements. The base building electrical infrastructure must be designed and installed to accommodate a tenancy mix that is often still being finalised during construction.
Reprise Electrical manages this complexity through early engagement with the project team and tenancy coordinator. We design the distribution system with flexibility to accommodate tenancy variations, install the common area and base building works to programme, and coordinate the tenancy services interface to enable fitout works to proceed without delay.
Our experience across Sydney retail and mixed-use projects includes shopping centres, high street retail precincts, food and entertainment destinations and mixed residential-commercial developments.
