Nobody gets hurt.
Safety is not a box we tick. It is the foundation everything else is built on.
Our Approach
Safety leadership starts at the top.
At Reprise, safety leadership starts at the top. Our Managing Director reviews safety performance weekly. Every site manager holds a current safety qualification. Every worker has stop work authority — the right and the responsibility to stop any task they believe is unsafe, without consequence.
We don't treat safety as a compliance exercise. We treat it as the first principle from which everything else follows. If a task cannot be done safely, it does not happen. There is no project schedule, no client pressure and no commercial outcome that changes that.

Our Commitment
Zero harm.
Our target is zero harm. Not as a slogan — as an operational commitment that every person at Reprise understands and is held to. We measure it, we report it, and we act on it. Every incident, every near miss, every unsafe condition is investigated and addressed. We learn. We improve. And we hold ourselves to a standard that gets tighter every year.
