Building Services Integration
A modern building is a network of interconnected systems. Our team manages the electrical interface between power distribution, BMS, mechanical, fire, hydraulics and security — ensuring every system is properly supplied, controlled and commissioned.
Overview
Building services integration is where the electrical contractor's work intersects with every other trade on site. It requires deep technical understanding of how HVAC, fire, BMS, hydraulic, lift and security systems operate — and how they need to be powered, controlled and connected to the building's electrical infrastructure.
Reprise Electrical has extensive experience managing the electrical interface on complex multi-trade projects. We attend building services coordination meetings, resolve interface issues early, and install in a sequence that supports the broader project programme.
At commissioning, we work alongside the BMS, mechanical and fire contractors to verify that all systems start, stop and communicate as designed — and that the integrated commissioning process is documented for handover.
