Containment & Cable Management

A clean, coordinated containment system is the difference between a project that installs well and one that completes on programme with zero rework. We bring BIM coordination capability and large-scale installation experience to every project.

Overview

Cable containment is one of the most coordination-intensive elements of any large commercial build. The containment network must accommodate power cables, data and communications, fire detection, security and BMS wiring — while fitting within structural and architectural clearances, navigating the paths of mechanical, hydraulic and fire systems, and meeting fire compartmentation requirements.

Reprise Electrical brings full BIM coordination capability to containment design and installation. We model our containment systems in Revit or Navisworks, participate in clash detection workshops, and produce fully coordinated installation drawings before we put a single cable tray bracket on the structure. On site, our installation teams execute with speed and precision.

We have delivered containment packages on some of Sydney's largest commercial, infrastructure and industrial projects — including high-rise towers, hospital facilities and civil infrastructure.

Scope of Works

  • Cable tray and cable ladder design and installation

  • Conduit and conduit systems — surface and concealed

  • Data and communications containment coordination

  • Structural coordination with BIM — clash detection and resolution

  • Fire-rated containment through compartment walls and floors

  • Cable management in plant rooms, risers and service corridors

  • Basket tray for data and communications services

  • Seismic restraint systems where required

  • Earthing of metallic containment systems

  • As-built containment drawings and handover documentation
