Shutdown & Turnaround Electrical
Shutdown windows are finite and expensive. Every hour of planned downtime must count. We mobilise experienced shutdown teams, execute the electrical scope efficiently and return plant to a safe, tested and documented state — on time.
Overview
Process plant shutdowns and turnarounds are among the highest-pressure events in industrial operations. The window is planned weeks or months in advance, the scope is extensive, the programme is tight, and the cost of overrunning is measured in lost production. Every trade must execute efficiently, safely and in sequence.
Reprise Electrical approaches shutdowns with the same rigour we apply to capital projects. We plan the electrical scope in advance — scope list, isolation register, resource schedule, daily manpower plan — and mobilise teams that are experienced in the specific requirements of shutdown work: working in live plants, managing permit to work systems, interfacing with the owner's operations team and returning equipment to service in a controlled, documented manner.
We provide daily progress reporting against the shutdown schedule, flag scope changes immediately when discovered, and ensure that every piece of equipment returned to service has been tested and signed off before the authority to work is cancelled. No surprises at start-up.
