Manufacturing
Manufacturing facilities run on electrical infrastructure — from the substation supplying the facility to the last drive on the production line. We deliver electrical projects that keep production running, and maintain the infrastructure that keeps it running reliably.
Overview
Manufacturing facilities range from food and beverage plants to automotive component manufacturers, pharmaceutical facilities and metal fabrication operations. Each has specific electrical requirements — different power demands, different control system architectures, different maintenance regimes. What they share is a requirement for electrical work that does not disrupt production.
Reprise Electrical works collaboratively with manufacturing facility teams to plan and execute electrical projects in a way that minimises production impact. Where work must be done in live environments, we manage the isolation and access process with the facility's own electrical team. Where shutdowns are required, we plan well in advance and execute efficiently within the window provided.
We provide ongoing maintenance services for manufacturing facilities — scheduled preventive maintenance, thermographic inspection, switchboard testing and drive maintenance — structured to support the facility's own maintenance programme and reduce unplanned electrical downtime.
