Reprise Electrical delivered high-voltage and heavy industrial electrical works across the terminal expansion, including crane power infrastructure, motor control centres and substations supporting 24-hour port operations in a complex, safety-critical marine environment.

Scope of Works

  • HV substation design and construction — 11kV switchgear installation

  • Shore power crane supply infrastructure — 6.6kV crane rails

  • Motor control centre (MCC) supply, installation and termination

  • Marine-grade containment, cable ladders and cabling

  • Hazardous area Ex-rated installations — Zone 2 compliance

  • Instrumentation and control cabling — process plant tie-ins

  • HV switching programme and energisation coordination

  • Commissioning, testing and operational handover to port authority

Outcome
