Instrumentation & Control
Accurate measurement is the foundation of process control. We install, wire, calibrate and commission field instrumentation to the standard that process automation demands — with full loop documentation at handover.
Overview
Instrumentation is the sensory layer of any process control system. Without accurate, reliable measurement of pressure, temperature, flow, level and analytical parameters, the control system has no basis for action. The quality of instrumentation installation and calibration directly determines the quality of process control.
Reprise Electrical's instrumentation teams are experienced in the installation and commissioning of field instruments across all major process industries. We manage the complete instrumentation scope — from instrument installation and loop wiring through to calibration, loop testing and functional verification against the cause and effect matrix.
Where the process environment requires Ex-rated instrumentation in hazardous area classified zones, our teams are trained and experienced in intrinsically safe and explosion-protected installation to AS/NZS 60079 series standards.
